Tolerance and the Rise of Radical Islam

Wednesday, September 8th, 2010

By William J. Dell

Islam may be a religion, but Radical Islam, as practiced by the Jihadists who support Shari’a Law, is NOT a religion. It is a political movement. A political movement bent on world domination just as Hitler and the Third Reich was. It appears that most of this generation of the “Western World” seem to be as asleep concerning the rise of Radical Islam, as our ancestors of the “greatest generation” were concerning Hitler and the rise of the Third Reich.

Did our ancestors not know the intentions of the Third Reich? Did they not hear the words of Hitler broadcast all over the world? Did they not read his intentions in Mein Kaumf published in every corner of the world? Do we of the present generation not hear the words of the Jihadists broadcast around the world? Do we of the present generation not read of their intentions in the Qur’an, the print media and on the Internet?

Prior to World War II, in 1933 the Vatican signed an accord with Hitler (more…)

Salute the Danish Flag – it’s a Symbol of Western Freedom

In 1978-9 I was living and studying in Denmark . But in 1978 – even in Copenhagen , one didn’t see Muslim immigrants.

The Danish population embraced visitors, celebrated the exotic, went out of its way to protect each of its citizens. It was proud of its new brand of socialist liberalism one in development since the conservatives had lost power in 1929 – a system where no worker had to struggle to survive, where one ultimately could count upon the state as in, perhaps, no other western nation at the time.

The rest of Europe saw the Scandinavians as free-thinking, progressive and infinitely generous in their welfare policies. Denmark boasted low crime rates, devotion to the environment, a superior educational system and a history of humanitarianism.

Denmark was also most generous in its immigration policies – it offered the best welcome in Europe to the new immigrant: generous welfare payments from first arrival plus additional perks in transportation, housing and education. It was determined to set a world example for inclusiveness and multiculturalism. How could it have predicted that one day in 2005 a series of political cartoons in a newspaper would spark violence that would leave dozens dead in the streets – all because its commitment to multiculturalism would come back to bite?

By the 1990′s the growing urban Muslim population (more…)

An Apology is in Order

By James “Madison” Baldwin

I have often referred to Barack Obama as a suit full of words. I have said that he is a socialist, a liberal, an economic disaster and a fool. I have referred to him as a narcissist of immense ambition, unlimited ego and minuscule ability. I have referred to him as a “sunshine patriot.” I have called his Christianity highly suspect. His repeated kowtowing to communist and Islamic despots has caused me to question whether he is actually one of them. I have referred to him as the most dangerous person to ever occupy the White House.

Now Barack Obama says that we, “…talk about (him) like a dog,” and I, here and now, apologize. If my comments have been misinterpreted and have offended I offer my sincerest apologies here and now… to every dog everywhere. I have never referred to any dog, not mine nor anyone else’s, as any of these things and unlike Mr. Obama, you are still man’s best friend.

Anatomy of a Failing Presidency

by Geoffrey P Hunt

The following is an interesting article from the American Thinker. You might ask how long Dr. Hunt can remain at NIH once the White House gets wind of this article.

Dr. Hunt is a social and cultural anthropologist. He has had nearly 30 years experience in planning, conducting, and managing research in the field of youth studies, and drug and alcohol research. Currently Dr. Hunt is a Senior Research Scientist at the Institute for Scientific Analysis and the Principal Investigator on three National Institutes of Health projects.

Barack Obama is on track to have the most spectacularly failed presidency since Woodrow Wilson. In the modern era, we’ve seen several failed presidencies–led by Jimmy Carter and LBJ. Failed presidents have one strong common trait– they are repudiated, in the vernacular, spat out. Of course, LBJ wisely took the exit ramp early, avoiding a shove into oncoming traffic by his own party. Richard Nixon indeed resigned in disgrace, yet his reputation as a statesman has been partially restored by his triumphant overture to China.

But, Barack Obama is failing. Failing big. Failing fast. And failing everywhere: (more…)

ANOTHER BEATITUDE

By Elizabeth Clark

Blessed are they who understand my faltering step and shaking hand.
Blessed, who know my ears today must strain to catch the things they say.
Blessed are they who seem to know my eyes are dim and my mind is slow.
Blessed are they who looked away, I spilled my tea on the cloth that day.
Blessed are they who, with cheery smile, stopped to chat for a little while.
Blessed are they who know the way to bring back memories of yesterday.
Blessed are they who never say, You’ve told the story twice today!”
Blessed are they who make it known that I’m loved, respected and not alone.
And blessed are they who will ease the days of my journey home, in loving ways.

By Their Fruits Ye Shall Know Them

Wednesday, September 1st, 2010

By William J. Dell

In the Sermon on the Mount, the Savior of the World declared:

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. [Matthew 7:15-20, KJV]

For those of us in the Christian world, who profess to follow Jesus Christ, these words are very important. They provide a test from the leader of Christianity for ALL true Christians and a warning concerning false professors of Christianity.

Our President, Barak Hussein Obama, avers his acceptance of Christianity. He, however, has had a real problem convincing Christians that he is one of them. Only one in three presently believe he is a Christian a drop of 14% in a year. One reason may be the above yardstick.

  1. When one considers his religious rhetoric the past eighteen months, (more…)

By Rick Mathes, Executive Director
Mission Gate Prison Ministry

Last month [May 2003] I attended my annual training session that’s required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths who explained each of their beliefs. I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say.

The Imam gave a great representation of the basics of Islam complete with a video. After the presentations time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn (more…)
