There’s this lady I’ve known forever. She’s very sick. On top of that, she’s being abused by those to whom she has given everything. Lies about her abound, and seem to come from all sides. It just breaks my heart. There seems to be nothing I can do alone. But maybe, if we join together and lift her up to God in prayer, He will heal her. I know He is able even though she’s well over 236 years old. She’s still has much good to do, and is way too young to die.
Her name is America … and I love her.

We are in a world of shifting political and social concepts and institutions. Hilary Clinton told us that it “takes a village” and we are all part of that village. The current conceptual term for this “village” is “Communitarianism”. Its generally accepted definition is that it is a political and social philosophy that emphasizes the rights of the “community common good” above those of the individual. Others would say it is the balancing of the rights of the individual against those of the community and “civil society”. I contend communitarianism subordinates the rights of the individual to the collective community. Communitarianism is also the current politically correct term for socialism. Many of its social programs are implemented through unelected “councils”.
There is a growing trend across America in all levels of government to turn control over to unelected councils, commissions or organizations. The road to socialism is littered (more…)
Obama Signs Executive Order Allowing Control Over All US Resources

On March 16th, President Obama signed a new Executive Order which expands upon a prior order issued in 1950 for Disaster Preparedness, and gives the office of the President complete control over all the resources in the United States in times of war or emergency.
The National Defense Resources Preparedness order gives the Executive Branch the power to control and allocate energy, production, transportation, food, and even water resources by decree under the auspices of national defense and national security. The Occupy Wall Street movement is calling for protesters to flood lower Manhattan in September, where they are to set up tents and barricades while resisting any police or National Guard attempt to dispel the crowd, KleinOnline has learned.
“If we hang in there, 20,000-strong, week after week against every police and National Guard effort to expel us from Wall Street, it would be impossible for (President) Obama to ignore us,” reads a call to arms posted on the website of Adbusters Magazine, which has been behind Occupy since the movement’s inception.
“Our government would be forced to choose publicly between the will of the people and the lucre of the corporations,” added the announcement.
After largely breaking for the winter, Occupy is calling for the encampment to begin Sept. 17.
“On September 17, we want to see 20,000 people flood into lower Manhattan, set up tents, kitchens, peaceful barricades and occupy Wall Street for a few months,” reads the Adbusters announcement.
Now isn’t this ironic?
The food stamp program, a part of the Department of Agriculture, says that they are pleased to announce that they are distributing the greatest amount of food stamps in the history of America.
Meanwhile, the Park Service, also a part of the Department of Agriculture, has asked, “Please Do Not Feed the Animals,” … Their reasoning; they say that they’ll become dependent and never learn to take care of themselves.

Your conduct during the Michigan Primary was despicable. If you cannot win the nomination on your own merits within the Republican camp, you have no right to enter the enemies camp to achieve your goal. As a Republican you are only free to court Democratic votes during the General election.
