Europe is an idea, a cultural landscape, an intellectual space shaped by history. Europe is the cradle of the modern constitutional democracy, the treasure-house of human rights, of freedom of opinion and expression. Or at least it used to be that, until recently.

It has increasingly been put into danger as our political elite bend their necks before a certain religious dogma which is completely alien to out intellectual history, our values and rule of law. This dogma is gnawing away at the pillars of our system of laws, wherever it is granted the space to do so. This dogma demands total obedience from its followers.

“They should never integrate into our system of values.” That would be “treason” to them and is even punishable by death. They are supposed to conquer and subdue our western world not with tanks, rockets or riflemen something they could never accomplish, anyway. Not through brutal revolt. No, Islam is in no hurry. It has an eternity. A long process of demoralization and slow motion occupation of our weakened child-poor society is foreseen.

The Islamic doctrine is intended to creep into our (more…)

Can a Good Muslim Be a Good American?

Tuesday, November 15th, 2011

This is very interesting and we all need to read it from start to finish. Maybe this is why our American Muslims are so quiet and not speaking out about any atrocities.

Can a good Muslim be a good American? This question was forwarded to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years. The following is his reply: (more…)

The Death of Anwar al-Awlaki

Thursday, October 6th, 2011

By William J. Dell
Amore Dei, Familiae, Patriae ducit !

Anwar al-Awlaki was born in the United States on 22 April 1971 in Las Cruces, New Mexico to Yemeni parents who were present here because his father was on a Fulbright scholarship, because of this and as noted by Aljezerra, he held dual nationality as a Yemeni-American citizen. At some point he became a radicalized Muslim Imam and began a career of Jihad against the United States. On 30 September 2011, by order of President Obama, he was assassinated.

It was William Penn who said, “A good end cannot sanctify evil means; nor must we ever do evil, that good may come of it.” In the world we live in today the line of demarcation between good and evil is very murky. Political correctness has gone amok such that evil may not be allowed to be called evil because doing so may offend someone or it may be counter to a political objective. Sadly, this is also true in our Constitutional Republic.

When one reviews the actions of our elected representatives which of the following is more reprehensible or egregious in a nation based upon Constitutional principles? Is it more egregious to “torture” through “water-boarding,” or to “summarily execute” through “targeted assassination?” Is it more reprehensible to grant the Constitutional right of “due process” to the foreign detainees [enemy combatants] at Gitmo, or to deny the right of “due process” to a natural-born American with dual nationality?

Our Constitutional Republic was founded upon our unalienable rights granted by the Creator to Life, Liberty, and Property. Government, by order of its executive, (more…)

Prime Minister Netanyahu’s 2011 Speech at UN

Saturday, September 24th, 2011

September 23, 2011

PM NETANYAHU: Thank you, Mr. President.

Ladies and gentlemen, Israel has extended its hand in peace from the moment it was established 63 years ago. On behalf of Israel and the Jewish people, I extend that hand again today. I extend it to the people of Egypt and Jordan, with renewed friendship for neighbors with whom we have made peace. I extend it to the people of Turkey, with respect and good will. I extend it to the people of Libya and Tunisia, with admiration for those trying to build a democratic future. I extend it to the other peoples of North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, with whom we want to forge a new beginning. I extend it to the people of Syria, Lebanon and Iran, with awe at the courage of those fighting brutal repression.

But most especially, I extend my hand to the Palestinian people, with whom we seek a just and lasting peace. (Applause.)

Ladies and gentlemen, in Israel our hope for peace never wanes. Our scientists, doctors, innovators, apply their genius to improve the world of tomorrow. Our artists, our writers, enrich the heritage of humanity. Now, I know that this is not exactly the image of Israel that is often portrayed in this hall. After all, it was here in 1975 that the age-old yearning of my people to restore our national life in our ancient biblical homeland — it was then that this was braided — branded, rather — shamefully, as racism. And it was here in 1980, right here, that the historic peace agreement between Israel and Egypt wasn’t praised; it was denounced! And it’s here year after year that Israel is unjustly singled out for condemnation. It’s singled out for condemnation more often than all the nations of the world combined. Twenty-one out of the 27 General Assembly resolutions condemn Israel — the one true democracy in the Middle East.

Well, this is an unfortunate part of the U.N. institution. It’s the — the theater of the absurd. It doesn’t only cast Israel as the villain; it often casts real villains (more…)

Prime Minister Netanyahu’s 2009 Speech at UN

Saturday, September 24th, 2011

September 24,2009

Mr. President, Ladies and Gentlemen,

Nearly 62 years ago, the United Nations recognized the right of the Jews, an ancient people 3,500 years-old, to a state of their own in their ancestral homeland.

I stand here today as the Prime Minister of Israel, the Jewish state, and I speak to you on behalf of my country and my people.

The United Nations was founded after the carnage of World War II and the horrors of the Holocaust. It was charged with preventing the recurrence of such horrendous events.

Nothing has undermined that central mission more than the systematic assault on the truth. Yesterday the President of Iran stood at this very podium, spewing his latest anti-Semitic rants. Just a few days earlier, he again claimed that the Holocaust is a lie.

Last month, I went to a villa in a suburb of Berlin called Wannsee. There, on January 20, 1942, after a hearty meal, senior Nazi officials met and decided how to (more…)

The Muslim Brotherhood

Monday, September 12th, 2011

By Jerry C. Anderson

Conservative Patriots Around 1920 the ACLU was formed by Communists. The ACLU is using our own Constitution to defeat the Republic. Now what does the ACLU have to do with the Muslim Brotherhood? They both are trying to destroy the Republic.

I believe that you need to become more informed so that you can see the evilness of the Muslim Brotherhood and how it is creeping into America and the Metro area and even its Christian Churches. It is funded with OUR own money that we sent to Saudi Arabia to purchase oil.

Following are three separate articles that you can go to and read/listen to the videos. This will take 20 to hear all 3 sessions.

1. Just who is the Muslim Brotherhood?

3. Part 3 – Who is the Muslim Brotherhood – a video series

THIS WILL TAKE 10 MINUTES TO READ AND LISTEN TO.

CAIR, or the Council of American Islamic Relations is one of the most prominent of the Muslim Brotherhood’s front groups. CAIR presents itself as the “ACLU” of Muslims. However, evidence submitted in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation Terrorism Fundraising Trail, shows without question that CAIR is a financial supporter of HAMAS. This 10-minute video explains …

If you are interested in learning more you could contact Stephanie Reis who is leading the fight against the Muslim Brotherhood here in Nebraska.

You can send her an email at act4americanomaha@gmail.com. I am a strong supporter of Stephanie and her efforts to keep the Muslim Brotherhood from destroying America’s Constitution and substituting Islam and Shari law in its place.

This Is A Man With Guts

Monday, September 12th, 2011

Two Black Americans were elected to Congress this cycle, and both are Republican. Col. West is from southern Florida. He won in a walk.

This new Congressman was an extremely popular commander in Iraq. He was forced to retire because during an intense combat action a few of his men were captured. At the same time his men captured one of the guys who were with the Iraqis who captured his men.

Knowing that time was crucial and his interrogators were not getting anywhere with the prisoner, Col. West took matters into his own hands. He burst into the room and demanded thru an interpreter that the prisoner tell him where his men were being taken. The prisoner refused so Col. West took out his pistol and placed it into the prisoner’s crotch and fired. Then the Col. told the prisoner that the next shot would not miss. So the prisoner said he would show where the American service members were being taken. The Americans were rescued. Someone filed a report on incorrect handling of prisoners. Col. West was forced to retire. Col. West was just elected in November 2010 to Congress from Florida. During the elections he was part of a panel on how to handle or how to relate to Muslims. You will see his answer here explaining in just over a minute the truth about Islam .

A Muslim Speaks Out

Monday, September 12th, 2011

This is extremely interesting ! The video runs about 15 minutes.

The speaker is an Indian Muslim who is warning us to wake up. He has tremendous courage and pulls no punches on what is happening with Islamist fascism. Make sure you listen to the end of the tape where he says we now have three members of the Muslim Brotherhood in the White House (and names them). He is elderly and in a wheel chair recovering from cancer treatments – perhaps that’s why he has the courage to speak out. This is probably one of the most important messages of our day.

Afghanistan Perspective

NOTE: This Entry will be released through this Blog over three days. It is lengthy but I implore all of you to take the time to read it and pass it on to all you know and most especially to your Congressmen/women.

This is the genesis of the argument against COIN/ROE. It is the sole act, I believe, that “gave permission” for the military ideologues to dust off a 70 year old controversial doctrine and roll it into Afghanistan. And the rest, as they say, is history.

“A New Birth of Freedom” – Memorial Day 2011

Thursday, May 26th, 2011

By William J. Dell
Amore Dei, Familiae, Patriae ducit !

There thunders from Mount Sinai God’s injunction, “Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.” To this Paul, the Apostle, added: “Which is the first commandment with promise.” Are We the People, as individuals and as a nation, still seeking the “promise?” Or does it no longer matter? Do we, as Americans, even care that our Constitutional Republic survives so that we might “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity?”

During the Seventeenth Century, many of our ancestors fled the oppression of Europe to come to the New World in search of religious freedom. In 1776 our forefathers were highly resolved to establish a land of Liberty and did so by pledging their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. During our Civil War, many of our ancestors gave the “last full measure of devotion” so that our nation might have “a new birth of freedom.” Always there have been patriots among our ancestors willing to lay down their lives that others, here and abroad, might continue to live with freedom and liberty.

IN FLANDERS FIELDS
John McCrae

In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.

We are the dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders Fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe!
To you from failing hands, we throw
The torch – be yours to hold it high!
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders Fields.

In just over a month our nation will celebrate its 235th birthday. Through the many decades since Lexington and Concord, (more…)
