Anwar al-Awlaki was born in the United States on 22 April 1971 in Las Cruces, New Mexico to Yemeni parents who were present here because his father was on a Fulbright scholarship, because of this and as noted by Aljezerra, he held dual nationality as a Yemeni-American citizen. At some point he became a radicalized Muslim Imam and began a career of Jihad against the United States. On 30 September 2011, by order of President Obama, he was assassinated.

It was William Penn who said, “A good end cannot sanctify evil means; nor must we ever do evil, that good may come of it.” In the world we live in today the line of demarcation between good and evil is very murky. Political correctness has gone amok such that evil may not be allowed to be called evil because doing so may offend someone or it may be counter to a political objective. Sadly, this is also true in our Constitutional Republic.

When one reviews the actions of our elected representatives which of the following is more reprehensible or egregious in a nation based upon Constitutional principles? Is it more egregious to “torture” through “water-boarding,” or to “summarily execute” through “targeted assassination?” Is it more reprehensible to grant the Constitutional right of “due process” to the foreign detainees [enemy combatants] at Gitmo, or to deny the right of “due process” to a natural-born American with dual nationality?

PM NETANYAHU: Thank you, Mr. President.

Ladies and gentlemen, Israel has extended its hand in peace from the moment it was established 63 years ago. On behalf of Israel and the Jewish people, I extend that hand again today. I extend it to the people of Egypt and Jordan, with renewed friendship for neighbors with whom we have made peace. I extend it to the people of Turkey, with respect and good will. I extend it to the people of Libya and Tunisia, with admiration for those trying to build a democratic future. I extend it to the other peoples of North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, with whom we want to forge a new beginning. I extend it to the people of Syria, Lebanon and Iran, with awe at the courage of those fighting brutal repression.

But most especially, I extend my hand to the Palestinian people, with whom we seek a just and lasting peace. (Applause.)

Ladies and gentlemen, in Israel our hope for peace never wanes. Our scientists, doctors, innovators, apply their genius to improve the world of tomorrow. Our artists, our writers, enrich the heritage of humanity. Now, I know that this is not exactly the image of Israel that is often portrayed in this hall. After all, it was here in 1975 that the age-old yearning of my people to restore our national life in our ancient biblical homeland — it was then that this was braided — branded, rather — shamefully, as racism. And it was here in 1980, right here, that the historic peace agreement between Israel and Egypt wasn’t praised; it was denounced! And it’s here year after year that Israel is unjustly singled out for condemnation. It’s singled out for condemnation more often than all the nations of the world combined. Twenty-one out of the 27 General Assembly resolutions condemn Israel — the one true democracy in the Middle East.

Mr. President, Ladies and Gentlemen,

Nearly 62 years ago, the United Nations recognized the right of the Jews, an ancient people 3,500 years-old, to a state of their own in their ancestral homeland.

I stand here today as the Prime Minister of Israel, the Jewish state, and I speak to you on behalf of my country and my people.

The United Nations was founded after the carnage of World War II and the horrors of the Holocaust. It was charged with preventing the recurrence of such horrendous events.

Nothing has undermined that central mission more than the systematic assault on the truth. Yesterday the President of Iran stood at this very podium, spewing his latest anti-Semitic rants. Just a few days earlier, he again claimed that the Holocaust is a lie.

Conservative Patriots Around 1920 the ACLU was formed by Communists. The ACLU is using our own Constitution to defeat the Republic. Now what does the ACLU have to do with the Muslim Brotherhood? They both are trying to destroy the Republic.

Two Black Americans were elected to Congress this cycle, and both are Republican. Col. West is from southern Florida. He won in a walk.

This new Congressman was an extremely popular commander in Iraq. He was forced to retire because during an intense combat action a few of his men were captured. At the same time his men captured one of the guys who were with the Iraqis who captured his men.

Knowing that time was crucial and his interrogators were not getting anywhere with the prisoner, Col. West took matters into his own hands. He burst into the room and demanded thru an interpreter that the prisoner tell him where his men were being taken. The prisoner refused so Col. West took out his pistol and placed it into the prisoner’s crotch and fired. Then the Col. told the prisoner that the next shot would not miss. So the prisoner said he would show where the American service members were being taken. The Americans were rescued. Someone filed a report on incorrect handling of prisoners. Col. West was forced to retire. Col. West was just elected in November 2010 to Congress from Florida. During the elections he was part of a panel on how to handle or how to relate to Muslims. The speaker is an Indian Muslim who is warning us to wake up. He has tremendous courage and pulls no punches on what is happening with Islamist fascism. Make sure you listen to the end of the tape where he says we now have three members of the Muslim Brotherhood in the White House (and names them). He is elderly and in a wheel chair recovering from cancer treatments – perhaps that’s why he has the courage to speak out. This is probably one of the most important messages of our day.

As you read this, you may be like a majority of We the People in our Constitutional Republic and not even know what Sharia Law is. It is in fact “a comprehensive and totalitarian system of laws, an aggressive military doctrine, an all-encompassing socio-economic program and a ruthless enforcement mechanism. It is, in short, a complete way of life.” [Team ‘B’ II Report, Shariah: The Threat to America, 2010 The Center for Security Policy] Shariah Law is the foundation of Islam and is based upon the Koran as interpreted by Islamic leaders and educators.

In our “political correct” nation today, particularly on the part of politicians and activist Jurists, there is at best a laissez-faire attitude toward the principles of republican government as established by our Founding Fathers and at worst a complicity to transform form these principles in favor of another form of government. These Republican principles are guaranteed in our Constitution and our elected politicians and Jurists take an oath “to protect and defend” these principles.

Article IV Section 4 of our Constitution reads:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence. [Emphasis added.]

A Republican Form of Government is not a totalitarian Theocracy. Our Constitutional Republic is govern by law through elected representatives to preserve the unalienable rights and freedoms of the individual citizen. A totalitarian Theocracy is a govern through an oligarchy of religious leaders based upon a particular religious ideology and suppressing ALL other religious sects, beliefs or persuasions.

The unsuspecting are often led astray because other types of governments often like to masquerade as republics. They will often even include the word republic in their name as Communists did with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics or as Iran is doing today as the Islamic Republic of Iran. Calling a nation a republic does not make it a republic!

Article VI Section 2 of our Constitution reads:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. [Emphasis added.]

What these two articles of our Constitution mean succinctly is that NO LAW, can supplant Constitutional Law in our Constitutional Republic; not the laws of any of our 50 States or our territories, International Law, the laws of any other nation, nor the laws of any religious sect including Islam which is based upon Shariah Law. Where their laws are not in conformity with our Constitution, the Constitution of the United States is supreme and supercedes their law within the boundaries of the United States and its Territories. In particular with regards to Sharia Law, this position was upheld by a New Jersey appellate court in July 2010 when it ruled, “that in the United States, the laws of the land derive from the Constitution and the alien dictates of shariah have no place in a U.S. courtroom.” [Team ‘B’ II Report]

As stated above Shariah Law is the foundation of Islam. It must also be understood that the foundation principle of Shariah Law is that all governments not based on Sharia must be replaced by the sword or by subversion from within. They are endeavoring to do this in our Constitutional Republic externally through “terrorist attacks” and internally through the Muslim Brotherhood front organizations; such as, The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). These front organizations, masquerading as moderate Muslims, have been striving for some thirty years through propaganda to deflect We the People’s attention from Islam’s true intention – the destruction of our Constitutional Republic in favor of a worldwide Islamic Caliphate based upon Shariah Law under the rule of a caliph.

On 21 July, I posted an article, The “Christianity” Test, suggesting a “litmus” test for “Christian” values with regards to presidential candidates. Last Saturday Texas Governor Rick Perry (R) placed his hat into the ring for the 2012 presidential race.

On the surface just like Barak Obama, Rick Perry appears to be a Christian. He “professes” his Christianity just as Barak Obama. And just like Barak Obama he has Islamic ties. Do we really want to exchange the Democratic Islamist in the White House for a Republican Islamist in the White House. How will that help “We, the People” to restore Our Constitutional Republic?

Beware of this “wolf in sheep’s clothing.” The Texas Governor may be a professing Christian, but he has an unusually cozy relationship with the Muslim community. Maybe the “lame-stream” media will vet this presidential candidate before he get to far into the race. Something they should have done with Barak Obama, but don’t hold your breath! Our “political correct” politicians may have difficulty identifying our enemies within and without, but I do not. One of the major threats to Our Constitutional Republic is the Theocracy of Islam which is bent on world domination. Ideologically their position is that ALL nations, including the United States, should be brought into a worldwide Caliphate of Islam based upon Sharia Law with a Caliph as ruler. It is their position, based on the Koran, that “Infidels,” meaning any non-Muslim, must convert. Those who refuse must pay a tax for being non-Muslim or be executed.

CAIR has this to say about Governor Perry:

While some other presidential candidates bring up concern about American Muslims loyalty and decry Islamic law in the U. S., here’s a Christian Republican politician who initiated a teacher-traing program on Islamic history and has been friends with the Aga Khan, head of an Islamic sect called Ismailis, Salon points out. Perry even laid the first brick at the groundbreaking ceremony for an Ismaili worship center in Plano in 2005.

“The Muslim community has a significant number of political conservatives, and they do support Perry,” said Mustafaa Carroll, executive director of the Council on American Islamic Relations in Houston. … Carroll notes that Muslims donated to President George Bush’s campaign and have given to Perry’s gubernatorial campigns.

When HAMAS’ U. S. front organization CAIR supports a candidate for the American presidency, can that candidate be GOOD for Our Constitutional Republic?
