William J. Dell, the Editor and Publisher, is an ardent patriot and a retired Navy Master Chief who served his nation for 25 years during the Viet Nam era. He has three imperatives in his life: God – Family – Country. He knows beyond any shadow of doubt that God raised up our Founding Fathers to establish our Constitutional Republic. He is a strict Constitutionalist as it was interpreted for the first 150 years of our history. He believes that it is the responsibility of We the People, each of us, to be vigilant in the preservation of our Constitutional Republic, our Judeo-Christian heritage, and the inalienable rights each of us received from God – Life, Liberty, and Property. He is editing and publishing The Freedom-Fighters Forum as an educational effort to save our Constitutional Republic from its slide toward a Welfare Socialist State. Personal Note: J. Allen English, President and Founder of The Constitutional Council For The 21ST Century, was my father-in-law and mentor. He was one of the few men I have known who is worthy of emulation. As his successor, I pray that I might fulfill the sacred trust that I received from him as I lead this educational effort to save our divinely established Constitutional Republic by means of the Freedom-Fighters Forum.
