ObamaCare and Judgement At Nuremberg

By William J. Dell – 24 September 2009

Judgment at Nuremberg (1961) is a fictionalized film account of the post-World War II Nuremberg Trials, written by Abby Mann and directed by Stanley Kramer. Originally written for television, Judgment at Nuremberg centers around a military tribunal in which four judges are accused of crimes against humanity for enacting Nazi law. Judge Haywood, the chief justice in the case, attempts to understand how defendant Ernst Janning could have passed sentences resulting in genocide, and by extension how the German people could have turned blind eyes to the Holocaust. Such a trial did occur: The film was inspired by the Judges’ Trial before the U.S. Nuremberg Military Tribunal in 1947.

The film examines the questions of individual complicity in crimes committed by the state. For example, defense attorney Hans Rolfe raises such issues as the support of U.S. Supreme Court justice, Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr., for the practice of eugenics [relating to or fitted for the production of good offspring], and Winston Churchill’s words of praise for Adolf Hitler. In the end, Janning makes a statement condemning himself and his fellow defendants for “going along” with the Third Reich, and all four are found guilty and sentenced to life in prison.

President Obama and the Democratic Party’s Healthcare proposal, H. R. 3200, is as diabolical as Hitler’s and the Nazi’s Ministry of Justice plan for “The Final Solution.” Hitler and the Third Reich perpetrated a holocaust on the Jews and others; and, ObamaCare as proposed in H. R. 3200 will perpetrate a holocaust on the elderly and others considered to expensive to treat medically because of “return on investment (ROI)” by rationing their care and treatment. [Pages 424 - 430 of the bill, see attachment]

Those who support the 1000 plus page H.R. 3200 Healthcare Bill, without reading it, are consciously participating in an effort to enslave our nation in a system of healthcare so diabolical and unjust that it violates every moral and legal principal known. Even when We the People, their employers, tell them to “Read the Bill” they say they don’t have time. If they don’t have time to “Read the Bill” as instructed by their employers – then perhaps they should NOT be in our employ. If they are only as “blind sheep” following their Democratic party leaders and NOT representing those of us who elected [hired] them – then perhaps they should NO LONGER be in our employ.

If one person in this nation is permitted to die because of H. R. 3200′s enactment, those who voted for it cannot plead “I never knew it would come to that,” before We the People or their Creator at the final Judgement Bar because We the People, who have read the proposed Bill, told them the truth and they would NOT believe us. The principle in criminal law, in our nation and every civilized society, has been and is that: Any person who sways another to commit murder, any person who furnishes a lethal weapon [even if it is a law such as H. R. 3200] for the purpose of the murder, any person who is an accessory to the murder – IS GUILTY OF THE MURDER!

It does NOT matter that they were members of Congress acting in what they thought was the best interests of their country. They may even loathe their evil and be tortured in soul by that which they enacted and signed into law, but that does NOT excuse them for perpetrating a holocaust on the elderly and others considered to expensive to treat medically because of “return on investment (ROI).”

In Judgement At Nuremberg, Ernst Janning testifies, “My counsel says we were not aware of the extermination of the millions. He would give you the excuse that we were only aware of the extermination of the hundreds. Does this make us any the less guilty? Maybe we didn’t know the details. But if we didn’t know, it is because we didn’t want to know.” MAYBE OUR REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATORS DO NOT WANT TO KNOW EITHER BECAUSE THEY ARE REFUSING TO READ THE PROPOSED H. R. 3200 BILL!!!

The survival of this nation as a Constitutional Republic is dependent on each of us, its citizens. For, We the People, are our Nation and our Nation is but an extension of ourselves and what each of us stands for when standing for something is the most difficult. May we as a Nation proudly proclaim before God and the peoples of the world that what we stand for is Life, Liberty, Justice, Truth, and the Value of a Single Human Being. May each of us become actively involved in the defeat of H. R. 3200.
